Vince L. Ibarra

Mr. Ibarra’s expertise is in the construction and project management fields, as well as, extensive production experience in all phases of architecture from pre-design analysis to contract documents. Additionally, he has a background in real estate with interest in property acquisition.

As an architect, Mr. Ibarra was employed at an award winning, residential design firm and at commercial architectural firms specializing in office buildings and speculative shopping centers. He gained a wide range of experience in all aspects of architecture including design, contract documents, computer-aided design, client management and contract administration. Projects include:

Mr. Ibarra completed project management on custom homes and condominiums for The Delta Corporation. Responsible for quality control, he was able to optimize client satisfaction with a timely resolution of their customized needs (1990 - 1993).

Previously, Mr. Ibarra worked for Fluor/Daniels Construction Company providing project management of subcontractors at a nuclear power plant under construction. He was personally responsible for two subcontractors whose fees totaled $3.5 million.

Ibarra Collaborative International, Inc. formed in 1993 with Mr. Ibarra as Principal / Vice President.

Ibarra Collaborative International, Inc. led a concept design team for the Serengeti Hotel (Kessler Enterprise, Inc.) producing a graphics, interiors, architectural and landscaping concept package for resale of hotel property. Ibarra Collaborative International, Inc. acted in the capacity of architectural design review for a 2,500 hectares Sunspree / Crowne Plaza Resort in Cartegena, Colombia.
