Objective:
Create an upscale sales experience within the parameters of a modular building

Project Approach:
Design Architect/Architect of Record.  Create spaces to provide appropriate level of gracious movement and private zones without appearing “boxed-in”.  Ceiling heights are lifted to maximize structure; displays are arranged to direct flow to points of interest and create private zones.  Prospective buyers are lead to the feature Model Table with use of upscale flooring materials.  Design displays and millwork to coordinate with graphic images.
